Flourish Women 

Women's Ministry at Church of the Pines takes place within Small Groups. We believe life change happens in the context of relationships, we learn best in circles, not rows, and we aren't meant to do life alone. Every woman needs a community!
Small Groups take place in semesters: Fall (13 weeks), Spring (13 Weeks), and Summer (6 weeks).

In addition to Small Groups, the women of Pines gather twice a year for Flourish Night: Worship, challenging messages, laughs, giveaways, new and old friends and an afterparty. Flourish Nights take place before the launch of Fall small groups semester and our annual Galentine's Party takes place before the launch of the Spring Semester.

Mentoring

FLOURISH calls women to a higher standard of living following the instructions  in Titus 2:3-5:

"Older women likewise are to be reverent in behavior, not slanderers or slaves to much wine. They are to teach what is good, and so train the young women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled, pure, working at home, kind, and submissive to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be reviled."

 A God-filled life for the sake of the Gospel! One where we wholeheartedly love and follow Jesus and aim to view our lives and circumstances through the lens of Scripture: the Big Story of God. To become women who flourish, we benefit from the wisdom and encouragement of those who have gone before us and reflect Jesus. We believe a mentoring relationship between women can be rich soil for such growth.
